  "message": "BE: Merge all columns of the \"language-agnostic\" rule table\n\nRight now each family in the language-agnostic rule table is divided into binary/library/test/other types like the language-specific rules, which makes no sense. This CL makes it so that all those \"types\" are merged into one column and the rules are displayed using a Wikipedia-style hlist instead.\n\nIn a next CL, I plan to remove the \"TYPE \u003d X\" clauses from the docs of these language-agnostic rules, which will sort all rules in a family alphabetically (instead of per imaginary-type).\n\nI also removed the \"other2\" type from the langauge-specific rules.\n\nPiperOrigin-RevId: 333610778\n",
