  "message": "Remove third_party/checker_* from the binary.\n\nThe binaries were there because there Java tooling needed it (until it\nwas moved to its own separate repository) and the sources were there for\nGPL compliance (which is not the case anymore since we don\u0027t distribute\nthe binaries, either)\n\nTo be extra safe on the GPL compliance side, I checked with\n```\nbazel query \"rdeps(//...,//third_party/checker_framework_{javacutil,dataflow})\"\u0027\n```\n\nwhether we have any dependencies on it that might end up being\ndistributed; turns out, the only dependencies are JavaBuilder (which is\nnot distributed with Bazel anymore, as proven by the above query) and some tests.\n\nCloses #8163.\n\nPiperOrigin-RevId: 245416925\n",
