While I\u0027m here, also slightly restructure the code in #handleLabelsCrossingSubpackagesAndPropagateInconsistentFilesystemExceptions to make it more readable (and defer PackageIdentifier allocations).\n\nAlternatives considered: Add a PathFragment#getParentDirectoryOfRelative(String other) instance method, and use it in PackageFunction#getContainingDirectory.
