This caused informational notices (such\nas sensitive metadata modification warnings, file limit alerts, and\nmaintainer notifications) to be re-posted every 2–4 weeks whenever PR\nactivity occurred.\n\nThese repeated comments generated notification noise and interfered with\nGitHub\u0027s stale bot action by repeatedly resetting the PR\u0027s activity\ntimestamp, preventing inactive PRs from being automatically closed.
