Allow for hidden functions/methods in the STL to be exported; instead, only hide based on `__`. The problem is that every inline function, even the public ones, like `string_view::size()`, is marked as hidden in the ABI. PiperOrigin-RevId: 476903306
Extremely experimental interop tooling for C++ and Rust.
Please don‘t use, this is an experiment and we don’t yet know where will it take us. There will be breaking changes without warning. Unfortunately, we can't take contributions at this point.
