Generate constraint for function calls. This is probably not the "final" shape of how function calls are handled, but already generates a reasonable constraint set. Also fixes a bug in GenerateConstraintsForAssignment, and improves constraint generations for return values. PiperOrigin-RevId: 471752760
Extremely experimental interop tooling for C++ and Rust.
Please don‘t use, this is an experiment and we don’t yet know where will it take us. There will be breaking changes without warning. Unfortunately, we can't take contributions at this point.
