Convert C++ void to ::std::os::raw::c_void in generated Rust bindings In all cases where we used to generate () as a type, we now use ::std::os::raw::c_void. This doesn't affect void function return values, as those are special-cased to be omitted. PiperOrigin-RevId: 484478616
