Inline `format_adt_data` into `format_adt`. Before this CL `format_adt_core` had only 1 caller - `format_adt`. This CL inlines 1) `format_adt_core` and 2) parts of `format_adt_core` into 3) `format_adt`. This refactoring is desirable because: * It results in shorter code (`format_adt_layour` could be that is more compact. * It prepares for a future CL which will add infallible processing of `impl` items into `format_adt`. Before this CL such processing wouldn't quite fit into 1) `format_adt` (because type system wouldn't enforce that this processing is infallible) nor 2) `format_adt_data` (in theory it could be transformed into `format_adt_infallible_parts` but it would require passing extra information and additional coupling with `format_adt`). Please don‘t use, this is an experiment and we don’t yet know where will it take us. There will be breaking changes without warning. Unfortunately, we can't take contributions at this point.
