Detect generic functions inside `format_fn`. Before this CL: - Top-level generic functions would be filtered out by `format_item` - Generic functions inside an `impl` block would *not* be filtered out (triggering panics from new tests added in this CL) After this CL: Detection of generic functions is handled inside `format_fn`. Extremely experimental interop tooling for C++ and Rust.
Please don‘t use, this is an experiment and we don’t yet know where will it take us. There will be breaking changes without warning. Unfortunately, we can't take contributions at this point.
