Remove unnecessary code Ever since we split the nullability transferer into a flow-sensitive one and non-flow-sensitive one, we no longer need to call `transferFlowSensitivePointer` from within the non-flow-sensitive transfer functions, because this is already handled by the flow-sensitive transferer.
