Fix compliance with the style guide: Avoid `using namespace foo`. This CL fixes complaince with https://google.github.io/styleguide/cppguide.html#Namespaces which specifically says that `using namespace foo` is forbidden. PiperOrigin-RevId: 494870747

Please don‘t use, this is an experiment and we don’t yet know where will it take us. There will be breaking changes without warning. Unfortunately, we can't take contributions at this point.
