Introduce SubstituteLifetimes.

This method allows (constrained) manipulation of the lifetimes. It also has
well-defined (but not yet implemented) behaviour in the presence of HRTBs.

Crubit: C++/Rust Bidirectional Interop Tool

Extremely experimental interop tooling for C++ and Rust.
