Discover test_suites via Aspect Use the --noexpand_test_suites to discover the test_suites via an Aspect directly (enabled by default). This should function effectively the same as the use of Bazel query in order to get the tests. Unfortunately, neither solution at the moment supports filtering based on tags. This may also have some minor performance wins (as generally the new aspect is faster than the old aspect + query). PiperOrigin-RevId: 181781734
