Updates version number to 0.4.186625738.20180222. Significant changes: - Fixed issue with BEP resolving file paths. - Added workaround for LLDB latency between indexing dSYMs. - Keeping dSYM generation restricted to minimal set needed. - Added back -fdebug-prefix-map option for path remapping. - Corrected declaration of plist key in dSYM bundles. - Removed -fdebug-prefix-map option for path remapping. - Converted codebase to Swift 4.
