Bugfix: some clients are passing invalid UUIDs as BAZEL_INTERNAL_BUILD_REQUEST_ID. I added a check for build request id to be a valid UUID, and it broke them. TESTED=tap RELNOTES: None PiperOrigin-RevId: 170886183
