CallStack tidying and tests General tidying and tests based on experience coming up to speed on the code and planned upcoming changes. Have CallStacks share an unmodifiable view of the shared string table in order help guard against any mistakes. Renamed CallStack.Builder->Factory, since this is really more of a factory than a builder, and I think it makes its intended lifecycle more clear. Updated a whole bunch of docs and comments to be more succinct and explain the tight coupling with expected usage. Deleted a lot of the ephemeral performance information since it was distracting from actual code contents. Replaced various implementation comments with more descriptive names and where that didn't suffice javadoc. Tests use CallStackEntry's string representation - this seemed like an ok compromise to avoid having to modify the starlark java api. PiperOrigin-RevId: 367702882
