Drop unused dependencies as reported by unused_deps. unused_deps inspects the JAR files consumed by the compiler and compares those to the declared dependencies. This gets rid of a lot of unnecessary dependencies but is not perfect given that java_export rules are invisible to this process. RELNOTES: None. PiperOrigin-RevId: 242783900
