Add a new option --resourceConfigOutput for Aapt2ResourceShrinkingAction The shrinking action will write out a file which can be passed to `aapt2 optimize --resources-config-path`, which replaces the usage `--whitelist-path`, which will be removed from an upcoming AAPT2 version.
