Update aspects.md to conform to Buildifier style Renames `FileCount` to `FileCountInfo`. https://github.com/bazelbuild/buildtools/blob/master/WARNINGS.md#name-conventions suggests providers should be UpperCamelCase ending with `Info` Closes #8408. PiperOrigin-RevId: 249338887
