Migrate apple_common.platform to Starlark There are two remaining users of ApplePlatform.java: MultiArchBinarySupport.java should be straightforward to starlarkify in a follow-up step; its presumed only user is linking_support.bzl The only non-MultiArchBinarySupport use of ApplePlatform.java is AppleConfiguration.java's use of ApplePlatform.forTarget(); I guess this means that this last use of ApplePlatform.java will only go once AppleConfiguration is starlarkified.
