Deletes @AutoCodec annotation on AspectsListBuilder.StarlarkAspectDetails. This makes it necessary to serialize the parametersExtractor present in the base AspectDetails class from StarlarkDefinedAspect.getDefaultParametersExtractor. PiperOrigin-RevId: 424759672
