Remove the addRJarToJavaInfo method. Now that the Starlark migration is complete, remove the addRJarToJavaInfo method which provided a way to make the classpaths in the JavaInfo exactly the same as ones created by the native rules. RELNOTES: None. PiperOrigin-RevId: 284128420
