Support BazelCcMock on mac through the analysis phase Similar in spirit and goal to https://github.com/bazelbuild/bazel/commit/a2ffef13d98e12fd5d60a758ab0a0e28baeaa625, except this time targeted to make mac work, which hadn't before. An alternate would have been to conditionally use writeOSX(), but that seemed to require more hops to get working than this path - perhaps they can be combined at a later point.
