Remove a number of graveyarded command line options. RELNOTES[INC]: The following previously no-op command line options are not available anymore: --legacy_spawn_scheduler, --use_workers_with_dexbuilder, --print_workspace_in_output_paths_if_needed, --watchos_simulator_version, --watchos_simulator_device, --tvos_simulator_version, --tvos_simulator_device.
