Automated rollback of commit 30536baa4a410d8c0a7adab5cd58cd8a2ac7e46c. *** Reason for rollback *** Rollback this incompatible flag change for the 0.22 release due to the problems introduced by https://github.com/bazelbuild/bazel/commit/baa1786fe6ac01511bb15689a81b2978f39686da. I think it's too risky to ship this code in the 0.22 release. *** Original change description *** Flipping --incompatible_remote_symlinks to true.
