Compare Artifacts in some tests by Path instead of Artifact. Comparing by Artifacts requires the mocked up expected Artifact to have the exact same expected owner (with the exact same expected BuildConfiguration) as the actual one. This can be tricky to get right when trimming is involves so just compare Path of the artifact instead. PiperOrigin-RevId: 366127253
