Remove unused bind calls from jdk.WORKSPACE These are unused in Bazel (after fixing one test), and aren't used in any downstream projects: https://buildkite.com/bazel/bazel-at-head-plus-downstream/builds/1705 (the rules_haskell failure is unrelated and happens at head as well).
