Change WalkableGraphFactory#prepareAndGet to take multiple SkyKeys as graph roots It also changes a few accessors of utility methods in Skyframe library. It refactors the QueryExpressionMapper to use a general QueryExpressionVisitor. RELNOTES: None PiperOrigin-RevId: 165534908
