Disallow default values for multiple options. Only the following multiple options from now on are allowed to have default values: - several options declared in tests - because this is required in tests - `runs_per_test`, `flaky_test_attempts` and `worker_max_instances` - because they historically had a default value and getting rid of it is not backward-compatible.
