Remove ct.sym from embedded JDK. ct.sym is only used during compilation which doesn't happen with the embedded JDK. This will save ~3.3MB of the final binary size. Note that we need to build the new minimal JDK on buildkite and then update the hashes in a subsequent commit. Closes #7736. PiperOrigin-RevId: 238626862
