Remove custom system stream wrapping from ResourceProcessorBusyBox With the baked in `WorkerIO` added here https://github.com/bazelbuild/bazel/pull/14201 we can remove the custom system stream wrapping and instead rely on `WorkRequestHandler` to manage that for us.
