Fix 2 bugs with BEP-on-non-async-crash: 1. We were not properly setting the abort reason 2. For "test" commands, the logic around ignoring completion events was not sound if there was a crash, meaning we would never actually finalize the upload to BES. PiperOrigin-RevId: 228259746
