Implement --shutdown_on_low_sys_mem for macOS. This extends the ServerWatcherRunnable to recognize memory pressure events on macOS to determine low memory conditions. Once those arise, and if --shutdown_on_low_sys_mem has been enabled (which is still off by default), and the Bazel server has been idle for 5 minutes, it shuts down. Tested: Ran "sudo memory_pressure -S -l warn" with an idle Bazel server and saw it shut itself down as expected. Note that because this requires sudo, we can't easily test this automatically (same as why MemoryPressureCounterTest can't really verify anything). I've also been able to reproduce this with actual load by stressing my 16GB laptop with two concurrent and large Bazel builds, Chrome, a video stream, IntelliJ, Android Studio... Part of #7600. RELNOTES: None. PiperOrigin-RevId: 312687348
{Fast, Correct} - Choose two
Build and test software of any size, quickly and reliably.
Speed up your builds and tests: Bazel rebuilds only what is necessary. With advanced local and distributed caching, optimized dependency analysis and parallel execution, you get fast and incremental builds.
One tool, multiple languages: Build and test Java, C++, Android, iOS, Go, and a wide variety of other language platforms. Bazel runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Scalable: Bazel helps you scale your organization, codebase, and continuous integration solution. It handles codebases of any size, in multiple repositories or a huge monorepo.
Extensible to your needs: Easily add support for new languages and platforms with Bazel's familiar extension language. Share and re-use language rules written by the growing Bazel community.
