Demote extracted_binaries and jvm_path from global variables Less global mutable state is always better. Potential downside is that argument lists are starting to grow, but the upside is it's now abundantly clear what depends on what. Moved the "ServerJarPath" logic from GlobalVariables to archive_utils since it's more archive related.
