Remove unused feature_of/feature_after support from ResourceProcessorBusyBox This was never launched and depends on flags which exist in aapt but not aapt2. Bazel was updated in https://github.com/bazelbuild/bazel/commit/0bb860d20d171b30e31aa898f6403d082cb5aa1b. PiperOrigin-RevId: 268144225
