Fix OOM in `describeNestedSetFingerprint` `describedNestedSetFingerprint` appended a `StringBuilder` to itself in a loop instead of the actual item from the nested set, resulting in OOMs in `Runfiles#describeKey` and `RepoMappingManifestAction#describeKey`.
