Fix a minor bug where RRBuildFilesVisitor wasn't using an inter-visitation-batch Uniquifier for the results. Because SkyQueryEnvironment#BatchStreamedCallback (the [2nd-]most outer Callback) internally uses a Uniquifier, this is merely a minor performance bug, not a correctness bug.
