Automated rollback of commit 9653abbcbf8f3159397dedcb253eb6defbb9ee63. *** Reason for rollback *** Python binaries used in genrule.tools are now forced to run Python 3 (--host_force_python=PY3) so this is no longer needed. *** Original change description *** Provide additional guidance about the py2 problem with genrule.
