bzlmod: Support repo_name in bazel_dep A Bazel module may specify the expected repo name of a bazel_dep. Eg. bazel_dep(name = "A", version = "1.0", repo_name = "com_foo_bar_a") We use repo mapping to allow a repository (either the main repo or an external repo) to access a Bazel module with the desired repo name.
