Android,Windows: support long paths in tooling

aar_resources_extractor now supports long paths
on Windows.

If the script needs to extract a file from the
AAR where the destination path is too long, the
script will:
1. create a temporary junction under a short path,
pointing to the destination directory (which
   has a long path)
2. extract the file under the junction
3. delete the junction and the temp directory

{Fast, Correct} - Choose two

Build and test software of any size, quickly and reliably.

  • Speed up your builds and tests: Bazel only rebuilds what is necessary. With advanced local and distributed caching, optimized dependency analysis and parallel execution, you get fast and incremental builds.

  • One tool, multiple languages: Build and test Java, C++, Android, iOS, Go and a wide variety of other language platforms. Bazel runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux.

  • Scalable: Bazel helps you scale your organization, codebase and Continuous Integration system. It handles codebases of any size, in multiple repositories or a huge monorepo.
