Rename variables whose names don't make sense any more. "factory" made sense when `SkyFunction` used to be called `NodeBuilder`. "state" was used in the original CL that parallelized Skyframe, and it never really made sense. It's a confusing variable name to use now that we have the new `SkyKeyComputeState` concept.
