Fix getUserOptions() dropping options containing 'default_override' substring. OptionsParser.getUserOptions() previously filtered out any option whose canonical form contained 'default_override'. This was intended to filter out the launcher's synthetic --default_override option, but instead did a substring match on the entire canonical form (including the value), causing valid user options to be dropped if their values contained that substring. This is fixed by checking the option definition name to specifically exclude the synthetic 'default_override' launcher option, rather than doing a substring match on the canonical form.
