Fix more files in @additional_distfiles @desugar_jdk_libs has been updated as well, so we should pack the archive actually needed. No cherry-pick needed for 0.21.0, as the commit bumping this archive, a964125af6fea06a5b3414a978d2af4186c4e357, is not part of the baseline.
