Update CODEBASE.md to account for new testing standards.
BuildIntegrationTestCase has been greatly enabled in the past six months or so, and we believe that future testing should utilize this framework instead of AbstractBlackBoxTest. Beyond the reasons listed in this CL's modifications, AbstractBlackBoxTest has only seven extending classes compared to BuildIntegrationTestCase's thirty-seven.
