Use `AbortReason.OUT_OF_MEMORY` instead of `AbortReason.INTERNAL` for OOMs. This is accomplished by passing the exit code to `BlazeModule#blazeShutdownOnCrash` to determine whether the crash is an OOM. RELNOTES: The BEP uses `AbortReason.OUT_OF_MEMORY` for abort events when the build tool is crashing due to OOM. PiperOrigin-RevId: 338086456
