Fix two Markdown mistakes from when the docs were imported to DevSite and rewritten in Markdown. (1) Surrounding an entire "[text](#link)" section in backticks means there isn't going to be a link. (2) The header for the section on `--output=xml` is "#xml". "#output-xml" was the link in the old html code :P PiperOrigin-RevId: 610999832 Change-Id: I0d140ab36e933bc08b56db1aac00c75e211f70af
