Fold FdoSupport into FdoSupportValue and remove FdoSupportProvider to FdoProvider. Also add a few stern warnings about the extreme badness of the idea of handling a Path object in the analysis phase. RELNOTES: None. PiperOrigin-RevId: 210115418
