Minor cleanups in `SkyFunctionEnvironment`: * Prohibit calling `registerDependencies` when using `MAX_CHILD_VERSIONS`. It can't be implemented efficiently, and it's only called with `GRAPH_VERSION` in practice anyway. * Remove unnecessary `hermeticity` field. It can be retrieved from the `SkyKey`.
