Blaze DocGen: Allow numbers in rule link headings.
RuleLinkExpander has incorrectly ignored expressions that contained a number in the heading of a rule link (e.g. `${link make-variables#custom_variables_2}`). This change fixes the problem, which has gone unnoticed for a long time.
