Rollforward of "Exclude the skydoc directory from bootstrap/compile.sh" The original CL broke bootstrap on mac. I've manually verified bootstrap_distfile_test continues to pass on Mac with this change. RELNOTES: None. PiperOrigin-RevId: 220512494
